Since all of our item is unique and made upon the order, we only offer item exchange or refund due to functional defects. Customer has responsibility to inspect and inform us within 3 business days from receving day for any functional defects. Please keep it in mine, the returned item must be unused and post marked within 5 businees days of receving day. Return and exchange will not be accepted out of the time frame.
Once we accept your order, we will start to work on the item especially for you, and the merterial can not be re-used for other customer’s order to ensure the item is fresh and brand new. As a result, we don’t accept order cancelation and modification.
